Our Process

Pre-construction

Design & Engineering - From idea generation to a carefully crafted project plan, clients can bring us their blueprints or we talk through their design and development ideas to craft a unique solution.

Site selection, permitting, inspections, city approvals, line up subcontractors procurement & funding established based on identify materials and service.

Site development commences including necessary excavation, stubbing, foundation, etc.

After site development build construction begins. We manage each step of the process and coordinate all necessary local, county, and state inspections. We manage budget against actuals as well as update schedules following anticipated vs actual timelines.

Project Closeout

Final Inspections, certificate of occupancy is provided, punch list is addressed, closeout documentation provided (manuals, warranties, training, etc.).

Following project billing, a final walk-through and cleaning are completed.
